It was a spur of the moment decision just before Christmas 2020 to set up the print on demand service offered by Teemill.<\/h3>

Having just recently acquired my new iPad pro I have been drawing and designing almost every evening, neglecting the crochet designing that I would normally do. I spent many weeks wondering what to do with the images. Should they be stickers, cards or prints? I just knew I wanted to share them and make people smile.<\/p>

I began sharing the sketches with my Patreon supporters<\/a> on our daily craft & chat calls. Every day they were asking to see the latest images, and I can tell you that some of those early creations will never be shown anywhere, they were no better than a toddlers impression of fine art.<\/p>

As a result of those chats the Gnomies were born, and our crafters were choosing which ones represented them best. There was even friendly rivalry over two of the gnomie characters and it all came down to beard colours.<\/p>

These three cute guys were the first to arrive and our patrons soon began referring to our video calls as \"hanging with our gnomies\". There is a resemblance I am sure, lol. <\/p>

Anyway, the discussions turned to print on demand, as patrons wanted the opportunity to have their very own gnomies on hoodies and shirts. I spent a long time looking over several companies. I knew I wanted one in the UK and it needed to be eco-friendly and sustainable, I had previously come across Teemill through a friend of mine who sells their artwork here <\/a>and after some more researching, reading Teemill's blogs and watching videos about the process I knew this was the right platform for us. <\/p>

And here we are, 3 weeks later with several new designs and many more still trapped inside my mind. Who knows what 2021 will bring, it's already evolving for us here at Unravel & Unwind, changing directions and embracing technology to help us embrace dreams and create realities.
